I don't think that its a parts issue. It is clear for sellita to not make (all) parts exactly the same, as to create aftersales for parts only availleble through sellita. What is important for probably most of us, is the fact the stem height hand size and lignes match. As en alternative for eta, ie drop in replacement.

ETA 2846 is well suited for vintage rolex and cheap. IMO i'ts silly to put rolex movement in rolex rep case (all closed backs). Even if they'd make a rolex clone, it wil come at a price, if not, with issues. Not even taking into account the dollars to maintain or service a clone rolly movement.

Define true moonphase. There are various simple (like deriving from the day of week gear) mechanical solution to show the moonphase, however the margin of error varies from like 1/2 a day a month to one day in 122 years like the mechanism used by IWC. The watch pictured does not have the smiley sun/moon. However most likely it is a simple mechanism.

Sadly yes. Also the 16613 seems to have the same problem. Worst of all there is no possibility to fix this. Yes you could place the tube further outwards, put an extra O-ring, but then there wil be a gap.
