my dad has a g10, actually he has had all of the g series, and the g10 is awesome. I believe gio has a g10, maybe he can chime intoo we have a fuji pos, and a nikon s4. the nikon can take decent pictures as long as there is good light.

you are correct RG. I love my UPO. I think it is a perfect size, but my wrist is 7.25. before you begin to mod, go to a AD and try on both. also think about your strap/bracelet. steel bracelet is different than rubber which is different to a nato, which is different to a leather strap. good luck and keep us informed of your choice

@ ubi, I actually sucked it up and bought 2 links from a local dealer. they are gen and have polished sides. he has a clasp of the correct vintage too, as this one he says is from dec. 1991, not mid 1979. I can send that link back to you if you need. @ BT, I still cant believe its mine. its like a dream come true. I catch myself staring at the dial, my thoughts gettign lost in the beauty. more pics to come, I just need to snag the good camera from the wife.

There is a gent on the train I see often that has a gen UPO with single AR. I have seen a few in second hand stores with huge scratches in the AR as well. The hands look awesome, now for the gen dial!!!

Hike the funny thing about all of this is way back whn TTK had his "sale", I ordered a rep of this watch. I never did get a resolve with TTK on the matter, but now looking down at this beauty, I just smile...
