Fortunately never had problems with watches sent to me (knock on wood). But i alway`s ask before ordering what the "rules" are if a package get caught. Who pay shipping charge NOW? > I believe every dealer but one includes this in his price. Or stated otherwise. If you pay shipping charge for the first shipment and customs hold the package,who pay the shipping charge for second shipment? > Split the costs. Exactly, i really don`t care if a watch only costs $30 and is sold to me for $200. I`m happy to pay it and so are many others. We are not the ones who are facing possible jail time. But i also agree with Slay that it is not out off generousity that dealers do business.
