  1. Yeah, I know but still. Are you sure it's 22mm? They took the effort to make the 43mm case, I would expect then that they'd get the lug width correct as well.
  2. Titanium Planet Ocean on an Isofrane.
  3. I'm pretty sure it's just silicone rubber for that price. I mean, their blue one is translucent... Very bold claim to say it looks like OEM. This is a picture of my rep straps from the TD's. You can tell from the orange one that the core is actually reinforced.
  4. Some of these tools are ridiculously priced. I get that the quality and finish might be better but... I'm looking at a bezel remover, which is just a vice with 4 grips. A generic one is 100€, a Horotec one is 380€. And it's made of the same material and does exactly the same thing.
  5. I'm currently a runner with some added basic excercises like pushups ad pullups at home. I want to step it up a bit and am trying to decide between signing up for a gym or a crossfit class. I'm leaning toward crossfit as it seems more flexible timewise, but I've heard you're more prone to injuries due to the intensity and pushing for PR's all the time. Is that so? I'd hate to have to pause my running because of that.
  6. Looks like a dust magnet to be honest. I'm not sure if they're still in stock but Trusty sells the rubber straps that are an exact replica of the genuine ones. I had a gen and a rep next to each other and I could hardly tell any difference in material or quality. About the same price too.
  7. You seem to have much pleasure in insulting buyers of certain brands, starting fights and trolling with some googled not-so-funny forms. That makes you lowlife scum as far as I'm concerned. I feel sorry for your family and friends. If there are any left. Don't bother replying to me, I'm no longer following this thread.
  8. 2012 tech that performs better than most 2014 tech, seems like they're doing something right. And don't call me an idiot, *sshole. Every f*cking year it's the same sh*t, new iPhone is released and the android army is out in full force to ridicule everything about it and their owners. You would think there are more important things in the world to be worried about.
  9. You're thinking of the claimed "swiss" movements. Those can and probably are a combination of parts. An asian clone is just that, a clone made in asia like the ones Sea-Gull produce. As far as I know the asian clones are no "cluster[censored]s".
  10. It's not that it's bad. It's just not on par with an asian 2836 imo. The Miyota is a cheap entry level movement and the watches equipped with them should not have the same price tag as one with a 2836. I can't understand why they did not choose the Miyota 9015.
  11. Dumb question imo. Everything is bendable if you apply enough force to it. I've never understood wearing phones in back pockets. Wallets I understand, they take the shape of your buttcheecks but obviously your phone doesn't. The Xperia Z(2) had a major problem with cracking screens when used normally. You never heard that make headline news.
  12. It's thin and made of aluminium, The f*ck do you expect it to do? As a regular 6 owner, the thing is sturdy. Much more sturdier than any creaking plastic droid I have had before.
  13. You can apply that to everything. I buy 15$ fruit of the loom shirts, my friend insists on getting 100$ ralph lauren shirts. We're both happy with our clothing. I don't try to convince him that my clothing is better and vice versa.
  14. It's not about who has the highest specs but what they do with it. So far the 6 comes out on top in almost every benchmark. I'll take the lesser specs then plz. Also, it amuses me to no end how each year the android owners get angry as f*ck when a new iPhone is released
  15. You mean that it looks like a 8500 while it's in fact an entry level miyota with no hack and a second hand stutter. Trusty sells BP CrPO's. You're better off with the Noob CrPO's with the asian 2836 movement.
  16. I have a pradata as well. Great looking watch but its finish is meh at best. Pearl is currently MIA, the bezel is not properly aligned and the DLC coating has decided to part ways with the caseback (but you have a brushed finish so you're safe in that department). Also, if you have a DLC pradata: they forgot to coat the bracelet between the links. It's bare metal there.
  17. They should've used a 9015, not the 8215. No hack is no go for me. They probably chose the cheapo 8215 to maximize their profits.
  18. Jesus christ Marie, what's up with all the questions? Because at 298 it's a good price, it's a nice looking watch and the rep is probably not much different in quality from the gen?
  19. Because the gen isn't worth 1000$. It has a Miyota 82s7, c'mon. I just bought a gen watch with a 9015 for 300$.
  20. The rep is at the pricepoint that the actual gen should be
