One word of caution, they do have crown/tube problems, so be gentle and do not tighten too much. No worries if it does happen, and easy fix (just search, there is a tutorial) and ends up better than before. Here is mine with gen dial BTW you will love the watch.

Try using Firefox, I have some issues with IE but Firefox works like a dream But if PP have taken the cash, don't try again, it will be sorted. -

heat it up with a lighter first, to soften any glue that may have been used, I find a Hex tool is good to unscrew if a tight enough fit Best of luck.

the 177 is a great rep, no issues with the rubber strap, had mine 3 years now, if you prefer it to the 111,,,,,,,then it is a no brainer, go for it and enjoy. The N fac 177 would be my choice.

I got myself a replacement 309 to solve movement and crown issue. now my issue, both dials have slightly different fonts, I cannot decide which is closer to Gen. Any input would be appreciated, sorry about bad pic, font on left rep slightly thicker than right.

I have seen the rep of this, and the bezel when turned does move side to side leaving gaps between bezel and crystal, maybe in the QC pics it just needs one more turn to align, I may be wrong though.

Ouch I feel your pain, I tried last week to get replacement parts for mine from a few dealers, but no joy, I am learning to live with a crack in the case.

Good luck sourcing a gen bezel, and have lots of cash at the ready, in the meantime, get some good platinum acrylic paint, and re do the bezel markers. -
