  1. Billy guess he is working down the list, maybe you just happen to be near the bottom.
  2. You have the Pam for sport , IWC for dress a bit of both go Rolex.
  3. OK Pete all yours since I will most likely cook it anyway now that I saw it. Docthor and I have been cooking up a storm more torture in calzone thread ! Oh crap recipe before weekend for you , :bangin: I will send never fear get the meat!
  4. Pierre, " Yesterday, I bought my first PAM (061D, M2M here). I am impressed by the quality and appearance. I like it a lot. However, I like it, not loving it. There must be some kind of explanation for my lack of love. It has it all, the looks, the presence and a fantastic strap. Yet, it does not do it for me. I was comparing it with Jessica Simpson, in her good days. I understand the beauty, i really do. She has it all (except the brains maybe). But I can't say that it really excites me. I like it but will never love it." That about sums up my experience with them "like" but never love.
  5. Same here Doc cook on instinct , but that is easy to say if you did it for a living like me or just are a natural in the kitchen like you.
  6. Ah Sgt the Longines came in,nice ! As they all are gents. Cromag love the PAM w/blue they need a little POP IMHO, ok what number is that one!
  7. The Injera how did you cook usually on clay I guess a pizza stone would work as well. On last night, slow cooked boneless chicken breast with fresh mint ,garlic, onion and pablano pepper then added tomato black bean, corn. serve over rice.
  8. Doc juniper berry's in the kraut?
  9. Should I tell Pete what I just put in the slow cooker!
  10. Gran nice complication the canteen over crown with arm and believe it or not wears small for it's size no problem with the crown system on the wrist either. As I said have another of these performs well no loose screws faults etc from factory/ poor manufacturing for over a year now. They make many others some I like some I do not and some look fairly unique others like this not so much, but you will get what you pay for and then some.
  11. Correct on SWI and Lucan Picard Tom, yes and as in the plethora of Sub/Rolex type look a likes there is only so many things to designing a watch , I would venture no matter what you do going to look like something already done. That being said his one went a little heavy on the borrowing.
  12. Doc I gather you produced the Injera yourself ,clay plate?
  13. Looks good gents, poor Pete is starving to death over there ! Doc anytime, for a past chef cooking at home is not really a chore at all, after doing hundreds it is a joke. AH! Health food sausage wrapped in bacon ,now your talking!
  14. Neither of those brands but pretty close to the mark. I like to think of these as an AP/Hublot hybrid rip off to use your term. The price point is the key Tom vs quality. With the same Swiss quartz movements that much more respected brands use and they charge 4-5 times the price. The crystal is warranted for 10 years with 200 meters water proofing, good strap and they do not fall apart I have had some for years. Just a very good/affordable watch.
  15. Similiar Sgt to the Monte Carlo I sent you ,yes. Guys I have had this for a couple of months there are a bunch that came in from various brands get put on the shelf new in box !
  16. We are in the wrong business ....................... do these guys get away with this crap!
  17. Doesn't look kosher to me but I will let the Rolex experts weigh in.
  18. Beautiful watch, this one brand new but I have another wears like dream. 200 meters water proof, Swiss quartz movement well take a look.
