Your first impulse with someone who has caused you grief in the past is to "get even" which is what several members advocated above. Various methods, but all are fraught with possibilities that could come back and bite you in the ass. The best way to handle folks like this is to either ignore them or send them and email simply stating that you are booked up and there is no possibility that you could work on their watch. Then if he emails you again, ignore them.

Very wise ............... You know guys I often see posts on various matters where members do bad things and others want to do all sorts of things from long threads beating them up to other punitive actions. In most cases once the member is outed, banned where necessary any thing more is just punitive action which yields nothing but vengeance and perhaps in some cases puts our hobby under a spot light. So heed the words of paneria153 he has after long years learned to temper his actions knowing the outcome is not fruitful, as I said very wise.:notworthy:

MSM1 has not been online for around a year so I guess a ban is now pointless. At the time it was better have him able to communicate rather than give him an excuse for not.

Fluffy is just winding people up - intentionally I'd say and people have had enough. There are no grounds for keeping him here.

Not pointless at all. A thief needs to be banned be it today, tomorrow, or next year. Sends a clear message. The decision not to ban a proven thief and ban someone that's just annoying speaks volumes. Especially when you can chose not to read his posts. The only person winding anyone up is themselves by reading his dribble.

Both true, I left it alone so guys could see if they could recoup something and yes he should be banned. At this point purely symbolic as he never came back for me to notice him to ban.

No, you're obsessed. It's sad and disappointing to watch your downward spiral over an inanimate object.

Well I am going with swidivad's post not even put up in regard to the honor of banning the Fluffy Tyrant but feel this character illustrates the depth of his obsession succinctly.

swdivad please PM Nanuq for the hammer!

Now Fluffy I warned when you first came over from RWGbz on this: you broke your word and I still gave you more chances than a cat has lives. You have no one to blame but yourself.

i woulda stopped posting days ago if not for people trying to tell me that the Avenger Seawolf v2 is an Avenger II Seawolf, i know what im talking about in this regard and it really irks me for people to even try to suggest that im going crazy (in such a way) and there is indeed an Avenger II Seawolf rep when there fuvking isnt

again, gen Seawolf has 3 generations - Seawolf, Avenger Seawolf, and Avenger II Seawolf

rep seawolf has 2, the original, non Avenger Seawolf in full Titanium, far from the Avenger Seawolf

the Avenger Seawolf in SS, with some elements that later got carried over into the Avenger II Seawolf - this is the one they made the famous "v2" of, but its not the fuvking same as the Avenger II Seawolf just because both have the number "2"

tyrantblade ever marching onward with his one watch crusade........................

  6. "it is imperative that one does a lot of research,"  as paneria153 states. There are plenty of very good ones and the ones he mentions are at a bit higher price point than I am willing ti spend on a micro. This being said I'll give a couple Orbis Morgan , Borealis come to mind right off the top and they will not break the bank.

  7. At 500 no problem but vintage very subjective and to be honest I do not know the market well enough to assure we are getting a deal. I can however get a brand new high quality Swiss made gen for instance those chrono fighters retail over 6 grand not something most of us guys are going to be able to buy (or would if they could, we are rep guys get them on the cheap) but they are on sale so we get a shot at 6K watch for 50 bucks.
