IWC is the way to go. Not flashy, but precision crafted. A quality brand, but doesn't say "over the top" on price. I would recommend the portuguese chrono as a great business watch.

You can definitely do it, but it becomes very expensive. I have done it in both SS and 18K. The easiest thing to do is just by a rep (or gen) and have the dial redone the way you want it.

The quality feel of the watch is very nice, even better than the pictures. Everything about it is tight and the feel is as good as my authentic 24f.
The tube has fake screws at one end and an actual screw at the other. You need to make sure the tube is not stripped. I already lost one screw. DSN included two extra tube/screw sets.

Very nice watch. The dial is great. The crown & lever are as smooth & tight as my real 24. Great transaction, but it showed up with AR. Clean crystal on the way.
The pictures tell the story. I am getting a little better at pics.
Regards.
Just got my new 201a today. I will try to take some good pictures over the next couple of days.
The watch looks very good. Flush crown guard and great dial. Nice tight crown lever and smooth movement. I mistakenly got one with AR, so I still have some work ahead.

For those who wanted it... 28a with the first of my new straps from bbell6. It looks better than my poor quality pics. I agree with others- this is probably the best match.

Thanks for all of your help. In the end, I decided on two straps as suggested, the above crazy horse and an OEM tantilum that I had laying around. When I get a chance, I will take some pics.
Regards.
I finally got my PVD 28A up and running. I now need some advice on a strap for it.
Suggestions and pics, please! I currently have a brown metta on it.
