  1. Is the Rwg.cc site going to automatically redirect forever? Or would it eventually be stopped?
  2. I'd have to agree with you. I was looking at someone's AP rep, and it looked great on the wrist. It would seem like his family could afford it, and hence he could pull it off. But after starring at it for a few minutes over and over again, only then I was convinced it was a rep. Ultimately the pushers confirmed it, and on the wrist its even hard to tell about the crown height and the thickness, although I had a hinge and knew what to look for. (Lesson learned: Modded pushers is a must) Again, an AP is an obvious tell with these flaws, and a Panerai as such is much harder(PAM111, 380, etc). So long you can pull it off, these minute errors are virtually irrelevant. And as pointed out by members here, there's no perfect rep, but pretty darned close ones.
  3. Yep yep, that too. Definitely gives it away.. But again it isn't really an issue as, 1. people would barely have the chance to look that closely or inspect your watch. 2. They'd have to know what to look for, even Gen owners of the Radiomir won't really attempt to notice this flaw unless needed be. You Should be fine, I reckon its a great buy. Mods are great, but for me I prefer having out the box reps, and this is a great rep. My reasoning being is that modding it would increase your cost by a lot, and since the value of this watch is about $4,000USD, paying anymore than $300-$500 doesn't make sense to me. Keep in mind there IS a quality difference between reps and gen, not only in the movement, but also in the stainless steel being used etc. So enjoy your reps, but don't expect it to be the same as the gen
  4. Wow, the lume is nice. And the numbers 20, 30, 40, 50 are fat like gen. Is this the V3? I noticed it is much fatter than the ones from the factory. Did Vac custom make that for you?
  5. +1 for Mr.A. Mandarin sounds like a nice place, but I feel its more of a 5 star. If you're on budget look for the smaller hotels, perhaps, Orchard Hotel. Singapore's great, lots of food Should ask Mr.A to show you around. If he isn't busy that is. hehe
  6. Its more so the edges and the logo. The finish is different, but its a hard tell. Don't worry about it. With good OTB PAM's you should just change to OEM strap and you're good to go. The Rep straps are horrible in my book.
  7. Bro, they do have smaller AP's. Get the 15300, its about 40mm.
  8. Gen is the one with the stickers. It is very hard to tell TBH. Not an easy tell in this model.
  9. wrong color on the ceramic though. There was a thread showing the difference in the ceramic color. The gen is more red than "black" as the reps show it to be.
  10. Mind sharing your source? I'd buy one anyday if thats the case.
  11. +1 for that Great deal guys. Esp if you get stuff in his garage sale. No other deals can beat that!
  12. wrong section bro. This is for sale/trading sect
  13. Well, as far as I know the reps should also have a silver date wheel. I don't know if this is really black or just the reflection causing it to look black.
  14. What? I don't know who u guys normally deal with, but from what I see and have experienced with, you can reject the watch if you believe to find errors with it. Thats what QC is for. As said, in terms of rep accuracy, that is "known" accuracy. What you are arguing doesnt make sense. So, if you ordered a AP V5 Chronopassion lets say, and it is really way off such that the printing is bad, or even to be extreme in a different color (Maybe instead of grey you have dark blue because of the factories having problems); what you are saying is that it has been ordered and you are forced to take it, and you do not have the right to reject the QC?
  15. I've seen the reps in real life. The many of the black themes, or in fact all that i've seen have the silver DW. The accuracy of the reps is essential in the QC my friend. It is the only time we can get them changed. In terms of accuracy, its the position of crown, base of hour hand etc is what we discuss, and have accepted in the process of acquiring the rep. Basically, flaws that hold the factory at no fault. In this case, the factory didn't make the right one for this model, whereas there are right models out there from the same factory. Anyhow, thanks for your input
  16. Thanks enig, you've always been very helpful. I'd tell the TD. Does the 15300 look ok?
  17. Hi, guys! So I am so excited to finally get my QC pics, and here there are. I found few errors off the boat of my CP V5, such as the "C" in the Tachy. But it would be great if you guy's help to take a quick look and let me know if there are any other problems with my other orders before I reject or accept few orders. So here goes. Any input at all would be great. Thanks in advance! No.1 No.2 No.3
  18. Andrew do carry noob products, just not all. For instance noob 111 he does not carry, but u can still ask for many other noob fact stuff. Also just knew this recently when i asked him.

Hmm, waitin for ur pics anyhow:D just email and ask andrew
  20. Nice, mind sharing where you got yours from?
  21. Probably have enough posts to realize the search button is there Many topics have discussed this, but I think the current conclusion is still V6 being the best out there. Just ask the TD's for the latest HBBV6 and you should find yourself a nice new toy. GLWS
  22. Guess they were being rushed to fill the demand. But, any member that have been here long enough or even some new members would probably reject them. Dealers probably gonna have to eat up the cost.
