Depends on your budget and what you're looking for. I'm saving up for a gen strap (€280). Or go for a The watch boys strap at $114 shipped, they're highly recommended by gen-owners. However their stock is quick limited, so eyes pealed.

I find that strange. How are they supposed to tell by the size of my house if I can afford a gen? Maybe I have a quite lucrative job and I dont care about a fancy crib and all... Why wouldn't they risk a $10 catalogue in order to sell a $10k watch anyways? I find that rather ignorant if you ask me!
