This is an incredible community all the warmth , response on my post and PM's i got it's amazing. I would like to answer everyone in person but please except my general big thanks in this post. It's been an emotional week but also a week in which grew towards each other enormously. Next week i'm of to the hospital again and my son and sister will join me. My will have a meeting with psychologist who's a specialist in cooping with the situation of loosing a paren't when he/she is in it's puberty. A good sign is that the pain is getting less so my non medical conclusion is that the new chemo i'm taking is doing something. So let's hope it's indeed reducing the current growth and will push the finish further away from me. Thanks again for all the good , warm , and friendly words. Guys I would like to thank you all in a private message which I might do when I can find the time. Thanks for all the good wishes and advise . A few people and also the very nice lady ,who is going to coach Pim in the process of saying goodbye , advised me to make as much photo's of us together so he has pictorial material which helps him remembering to good times that we will still have left. I got a new medicine called Dexamethason which is a wonder drug for me. I cuts of all the edges of your daily live but also gives me the impression that I have a unlimited source of energy available. Tricky because my fysical condition only goes one way (down) but for the moment you can finish to task you were busy with. RWG thanks for all the messages is the wristcheck 24 Sept. I was always open on this forum about my illness and had a lot of support from several good friends who supported me against my fight. Last night i had to tell my 12 year old son that the luck i had for more the 6 years is coming to an end. The latest scans showed that after more the 2 years of continuous chemo pills the tumors got into my liver. He was already prepared by me that it could be that his dad hasn't got a lot of time left anymore , but i defeated all the statistics so i would do it this time again. I started a new chemo yesterday which might slow down the growth and reduces the pain , but mainly i'm doing it for my son to show i'm not quitter. My oncologist advised me to go to a specialist in the hospital who is specialisted in how to cope with this situation and give him support in the mourning process that he will have to face. I'm prepared and in some case ready for this situation knowing that sometime i would get this message but i would like you to give a prayer for my son who is too young to loose his dad. @markiemark , that a Schuhren watch a brand made by FxrAndy. I got it from friends on this forum for my battle against a fatal type of cancer I have.
