Oh Yes, Ryaku, I see what you mean: 3717 & uPO are great dials, for sure. I'm not sure I will have more time tomorrow but I'll try too shoot some closer pictures and put the uPO and 3717 with the Railmaster too.

Introduction After having owned a lot of different watches, and realise that few were truly getting wrist time, I am almost afraid to buy a new one. At the Brussels GTG I saw this watch in person. Andy helped me a lot to avoid the wrong versions and I decided to order one from Precious Time. The genuine From OmegaWatches.com Reference: 2803.52.37 Caliber: Omega 2403 A Power Reserve: 44 hours Domed scratch-resistant sapphire crystal Water resistance: 150 meters/500 feet Case Diameter: 39.2 mm Price: available from 2.000 $ The deal with Precious Time UK Not much to say. Friendly and easy. As usual with PT, if he has the watch in stock in UK, it take two days, if not it takes up to 3 weeks. It was not in stock but arrived in due time. The Rep According to what I read, the genuine has no AR (anti-reflect coating). Never mind, I want AR and while waiting for the watch, I planned to send it right away to Jakub. Oops, it seems it will not be necessary. This watch has a very strong AR, almost as good as Jakub's or Chieftang's. Where the hell is the crystal? A simple watch, with a simple dial, is very difficult to replicate usually. But the dial of this one seems very accurate to me. The hour markers are perfect, look at some details The case back is a see thru one, like the original one. Of course, the movement is an immediate tell, but who cares Having said that, the Eta 2836-2 is looking very nice in my opinion, don't you think so too? About the case, I have no critic, it's very well finished in my opinion and the crown looks "ok". The tube/crown combo doesn't look very solid though and to be honest, it might strip very fast. Screwing the crown back is a pain "where you know". Well, it doesn't really bother me. I never expect a perfect rep anyway and sending it back would lead to another problem maybe so

Hi All, Having met and spoken with Admin, hearing his pov (same as the entire Admin team), I understand the ban. Neil can be very rude in his writings, no doubt. Dealing with him in buying watches is very different from other dealers, that is true too. Having spoken to Neil very often, I too want to say he is totally different from his writings. He has helped me personally, support me in hard times and it was good to hear his voice. I will keep him my "virtual" friendship; I say virtual as we never met. That is how I am and I can't help it. I also would like to add that I doubt RWG will be calmer and friendlier without him around. There is still a number of members here who like controversy and noise. Cheers Stephane

Hi all, I don't know what you think, but right now I'm a little fed up with all these negative threads I have been sharing these feelings with a serious number of members of RWG and I decided to post something. It has been months now that we see super long threads about fights between members and so few interesting and positive threads. Everyone post his honest opinion about all and everything... we see experts of about everything: watches, medicine, travel, jobs, s*x, business... Well, this place should be very different from what it is currently If I have to give some cash to invest I would give it to my local "trader", my health would be taken care of by my local doctor, my travel by my local agency, my s*x by my local GF, and so on. I guess it sounds weird to bring back old posts to live but well I felt like doing it. The reasons are multiple: - I have that impression that in the early days of our beloved forum the atmosphere was "less aggressive". - I still learn a lot from these "2 years old" threads and I guess some of the fresh members like me can learn a lot too. - I choose Ubi because he is known as a great and generous person. We should all learn to become such a person. I choose a Ubi thread because he was very friendly with me when I first came here and that some others flamed me as a newbie. Helping other humans is not only a statement in a signature or avatar...it must be concrete, positive and with a happy end for the newer party, isn't it? - I also picked this thread because of THE WATCH of course. I also bumped this thread to make us all remember that we're here to talk & share about a common passion. In my honest opinion, it should bring us closer instead of make us fight. If we do fight and argue, then we're missing the main point: pleasure. If this hobby isn't about pleasure anymore, then I predict that all seniors will leave and so will a lot of "new" seniors. Because ! Much to complicated probably. But, a JLC (and for sure with several complications) is as good as a Patek...maybe not in term of investment but what a watch. That Reverso Squadra Home time has it all: dressy, complicated, sporty, easy and unique in fact. No external pieces, all in house...

Andy, As you preset the choices, no surprise. SeaDweller !!! If you are short on the choices, can I suggest the only manufacture that NEVER used any non inhouse mvts: JLC. They provided all the other ones (Patek and so on) but never used a foreign one themselves. They currently have some serious "sports" models available. Enjoy Andy...enjoy. Cheers Stephane
