  2. Try wholesaleoutlet990 on ebay. Although their pearl is not great looking. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 4 Beta
  3. I found this to be impossible also, however, isn't the trick to position screw into hole with tweezers first? And then screw? Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 4 Beta
  4. ^^^ yep, so in other words; by yourself, or; when the moons align, go blue and I get sick of omegas Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 4 Beta
  5. Waiting for charcoal chicken! Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 4 Beta
  6. And this is another I have that isn't as 'frankened' Dial, date wheel and gen insert. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 4 Beta
  7. All latest planet ocean versions don't have happy feet. But they are the crucial things to look for when picking the next piece. The ceramics are not known for their ability to take gen parts (I presume movement is of a different type and height etc) The super franken I actually was lucky enough to snap up. Pics are below. 8. I see. Fair enough! Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 4 Beta
  9. Aren't most Oyster bracelets like that? Classic look I think they are.
  10. Or to throw in more choices a quality Seiko or Orient would work well too
  11. Remember that if you do intend to modify - aim for asian clone movement at minimum. Gen dial and hands will fit, as opposed to getting 4813 movement for example.
  12. I think the sweaters are still on special from their USA website. You will need to use a shipping forwarder though
  13. Don't know why this doesn't have more views or thank you notes. Very well written, and comprehensive. It looks easy and provides well instructed steps and instructions. Thank you!
  14. I like tudors. Much more than the stigmatised rolex for example. Anyway, my humble franken fantasy I picked up on forums. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
  15. Someone on rep geek has put me on to a friendly gentlemen called George Yoon. He is on 250 Pitt street. And is servicing my JLC NSD as we speak (well, maybe not right now) but you know what I mean. The place is messy and all you smell is the moccona coffee. It's like one of those restaurants that isn't dressed up, but serves good food. Member from rep geek has been going there for a certain period already. I like him so far Level 5 Sent from my GT-P6800 using Tapatalk HD

  17. Yeah. Just be upfront. There is a guide on rwi, assisting in finding, approaching and planning an unknown watchsmith. In most cases they want to wash their hands clean in fear that the movement or watch will fall apart on first touch. (which of course is not true). Let me find it for you when I'm on a computer Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
  18. Welcome to the forums dainese :)
