  1. Will you be 'back door selling' here too? Heheh. Jk.
  2. I go thru phases where i incorporate HIIT. Climbing mountains is very different to getting conditioned for boxing. Being my thing. HIIT is easy to incorporate into your existing training. All your doing is including a high intensity period to elevate your heart and then a period to lower it back and back up again. The high intensity should really be challenging for a period of 20-30 second burst. I have a basic Polar HRT. Masmannan
  3. I don't understand why you need to send 'it'. If it is the watch. You just need the part right? Masmannan
  4. Any TD can get you those too. Masmannan
  5. As legit as you wearing your rep whilst people thinking its real. Legit is all subjective. Masmannan
  6. Wearing a Rollie in your first real job after Uni. Id definitely suggest going under stated. Imagine the new kid wearing a Rollie. Not the first impression you want to be making. That Omega looks sweet. Good luck with your new job. Masmannan Masmannan
  7. I would give the rep bag as a 2nd present. The first being something special and not necessarily a big ticket item.... Masmannan
  8. As mentioned its what TDs have to resort to, for those who absolutely need PayPal.
  9. Geof3 - surely 'first impression' is all about assumptions. You see a guy with a watch. You are unsure whether its a gen or rep. You look for other clues... What area are you in? What is the establishment? What does he look like? What is he wearing? These are all natural signals we look for, mostly unconsciously. If you or I want to validate our assumption, I guess we just ask him. Masmannan
  10. We all make assumptions on others. That's why it's called 'first impressions'. When I wear my suit (weekdays) I get the best service and respect from everyone I encounter. People go out of their way to help a guy in a custom made suit, finest leather shoes and looking super business-like. And when my AP pops out when I bend my arm...well no one will remotely suspect it's a rep. If I wear my casual wear, I get treated not as well. Masmannan.
  11. Contact AP service centre. The AD should be able to order any AP strap you want. Only reason your AD isn't helping you perhaps the mark-up isn't worth their time...
  12. It's like my mum. When she gets old, I'll chuck her out and get myself a new one.
  13. Id like to meet this guy. Perhaps he can be a guest moderator.
  14. Find a local watchsmith. Screws can be ordered from TD. Circa $20. Maybe even free if you're a regular of a TD. Good luck.
  15. But doesn't wear the same. It's been answered.
  16. I have a guy based in Israel that can source gen pam straps. No Exotics. His name is Sadar on Panaristi. Don't reveal your a rep miscreant. Takes about 5 weeks and $220 incl pp and shipping. Good guy to deal with. Masmannan
  17. There's an array of TDs as well. Don't worry too much about them being in UK. Anywhere in Europe is only a few days away. Language isn't really a barrier. Email photos of the strap you like...
  18. Eric is a top guy. Sent out 2 straps even before I paid him the full balance. Has a great reputation. Good communicator. The shipping is dog awful. I've been waiting 9 weeks and still zero sign of my straps. I've been buying straps from elsewhere as I'm fed up waiting. Masmannan
  19. ROOs are 42mm but they sit much higher. 16mm versus 13mm (I think). Whether you opt for a ROO - Depends on 2 things, 1) Bigger wrist size 2) and even bigger balls. Masmannan
  20. Congrats mate. Does being honest means one doesn't wear their rep on a first date?
  21. My friend had a series of weird online dating experiences but yet found his a women who became his wife and mother to their child. So it does seem to work for some...
  22. I think the only sport our Reps are good for is Diving. The desk type. Masmannan (Did you see what I did there!).
  23. Kevin, you'll be lucky to find any on UK Mainland, let alone Scotland. Email Alex he is by day a watchsmith, by night an evil Rep fixer. You'll need to get on his waiting list. He is excellent: ukwatchservices@gmail.com Masmannan
  24. I would happily add GLWS for a person sale, that I would like to buy but can't pull the plug. For me it gives support for another member to get forum affirmation. Masmannan
  25. You don't need an AD for your gen strap. Try Panaristi and you'll be presented with a world of good gen stuff. Be mindful these are Gen aficionados, and won't appreciate us Rep fans Masmannan
