I go thru phases where i incorporate HIIT. Climbing mountains is very different to getting conditioned for boxing. Being my thing. HIIT is easy to incorporate into your existing training. All your doing is including a high intensity period to elevate your heart and then a period to lower it back and back up again. Geof3 - surely 'first impression' is all about assumptions. You see a guy with a watch. You are unsure whether its a gen or rep. You look for other clues... What area are you in? What is the establishment? What does he look like? What is he wearing? These are all natural signals we look for, mostly unconsciously. ROOs are 42mm but they sit much higher. 16mm versus 13mm (I think). Whether you opt for a ROO - Depends on 2 things, 1) Bigger wrist size 2) and even bigger balls. Masmannan
