@pman the problem with a thread like this is that it can easily be perceived as an attempt to sell through the back door, you state you want advice on price but you can also field inquiries and indeed sell if offered the right price. I would help if you upgraded your account to show that you are in fact thinking of selling and through our trade area. Ken

No it is not the normal practice if the seller gave his word to hold it for you then one would expect him to do just that. However he has broken no rules, it was in fact his property to sell as he wished and I'm sorry but if you have lost nothing you will just need to move on. Ken
