I do not think so, but will give her a thorough evaluation with a loupe when I get home. I think it is just the angle and lighting of the shot. I do see the little ring I think you are seeing. Keeps good time as she might gain a minute in a week or so... so I would be surprised if it is rubbing. I will also buff out the crystal tonight
