  1. Now we're talking! Looks really good to me! Enjoy it
  2. Hard to tell by the pics. I have the gen, and it's not easy telling them apart just by looking at lowres crappy pics. The AR perhaps looks a bit too rep-blueish, and the dial seems to lack some texture - however, I'm not certain. As the previous poster said - it's always very fishy when someone sells expensive stuff without clear pictures.
  3. WOW! Hats off buddy, that looks eerily good! Let us know if you ever consider offering these mods to the masses Cheers, Pedro
  4. Fantastic looking piece! Wear it in good health mate :-D
  5. Great seller and a highly recommended member!

  6. Haha, thanks for sharing, that guy is huge. Was he wearing a cool piece (AP perhaps ), by the way?
  7. Really got me thinking too! Has anyone heard of more examples like this one? Cheers!
  8. Oh, updated safari, sounds interesting indeed!
  9. Awesome work Fransisco, will definately try this out on my CD! Thanks for yet another excellent tutorial!
  10. This looks like great news! By the way - when you recieve the correct color, it would be great if you could do a comparison between it and some other coatings (e.g. chief, k2222, standard factory). Would be nice to see how they differ. Anyway, many thanks for all your efforts so far mate - keeping my fingers crossed for a great result! Cheers pedro
  11. Does not look gen to me, by a longshot! However, ask for a few hi-res pics and I'll be sure to help you out with 100% certainty.
  12. Just bought an excellent IWC Ingy from this fella - hihgly recommended seller!

  13. Best looking IWC EVER! Just awesome.
  14. My white themes markers have also become darker green/grey after using the watch outside! Seems like a pretty common issue, atleast with earlier batches. However, I really like the look, looks more "stealth"
  15. Re-lume looks amazing! I'm guessing chief AR too, right? Cheers!
  16. HOLY H*LL! Looks nothing short of amazing, A+ work! Please tell us some more about the watch itself, what parts are gen? Cheers!
  17. Well, the pics are gen, but if the price doesn't match its value it's fishy. I'd stay away.
  18. As I said before, I think it's mostly luck if you stumble across an A+ specimen that has no dial flaws whatsoever. Especially the plain (non-cf) dial with rings around the subdials seems extra bound to be crappy. I'd try ordering a lite just for the hell of it - if the dial is great and you miss the double AR, just transplant the cases, and voila! Cheers!
  19. If you just unscrew those (shouldn't be hard at all, if you have the right screwdriver), and push the tiny "button" that locks the crown in place - voila, you're all set to remove the movement/dial from the case. You just lift it out. It's a very easy operation to remove dust from the dial - just make sure you don't get any dust in the case while you're putting the movement/dial back in I can relate to being anal with details, and from my experience, it's mostly luck when you stumble across an A+ specimen. Most tiny flaws, apart from misprintings and such, are fixable however. What bothers you with the pieces you have right now? Please show some pics, and I'll try to help you if possible
  20. Killer! I'm so getting one of these babies!
  21. I've seen Big Bangs on (gen) leather. Nice indeed, but I must say rubber looks more natural to me.
