How can you possibly say that font on the luminor marina and panerai look great?

The one above is pretty rough. Font is wrong as well as the spacing. I would stick to the 112H if you need a sandwich dial. There is something about the H dials(all of them) that just scream fake. I have never understood why people like this rep so much. I got one(111h) from vac modded that had the fonts dyed. (the white fonts on those are really bad looking) I only wore this watch a few days before selling it. Compared to all the other pam reps it just does not hold up. The 112H looks better simply because there is less writing on it to screw up. On the other hand a good 001/111G rep modded is really nice. Dluddy had one at the GTG that I honestly would not be able to tell from a gen unless I had a loupe. Just stay away from the 111h if you are really concerned about accuracy and hunt down something else.

For the price and trouble of the movement you should probably just get yourself a nice white face hand wind (113) from a dealer.

PAM is the only brand that has stuck with me through the years. Everything else faded. (i still like a few IWC's though)

my 176 goes from green to purple to depending on the light but a different purple than the rep purple that we saw on early 036's More blue in it.

I have heard many people doing just fine with this. Anyone have any trouble? Chad

Sales corner ad up

For those that have followed the thread. I am going to post this on sales corner as a trade as soon as I can for the items listed in my signature or possibly another heavily modded pam. I am going to require a trade in value which is 300-500 less than the used market market price of this watch and over 1000 from the new price. Seems crazy I know but I would really like to get a hold of some of the pieces in my signature. A little advance notice for any sinn fans.

One of my friends took it off my hands to wear for the evening. He loved it! I might offer a very good trade offer for anyone with the watches in my signature in the coming days with a VERY low trade value(hundreds under typical used value) on my watch towards any of those pieces plus cash depending on the offer. Well see.......(maybe I can cure my pam sickness and just enjoy the gen though)

Here is a wrist shot comparison. I had to rotate my wrist on the pam shot otherwise the light reflected too badly.

They are smaller but the case is nice and thick. I would say they fit a bit like an IWC 3717

Looking at the photo below the T crown is obviously visually nothing like the gen. I think it is awesome that he is doing the project. I guess if I was investing time and money in something like this I would already have the image of the gen crowns so burned in my head that maybe they would be off by a few teeth but they would at least look the same. It is just like DSN. He makes custom dials that to anyone with an eye are just trash. Why get into the custom dial business at all if you do not have that eye. Did you see a prototype before you let them run off 750 of these? I am sorry about the wasted time but it is refreshing that you are willing to get it right and I will certainly purchase one when they are ready.

Did they give you sample before they went ahead and made 700+ of them?
