Great. That's not making the forum any more user friendly for me, though.

Avatars can be turned off. Did that over a year ago. Adultfriendfinder banner ads, on the otherhand, can not. I can and do use Adblock to remove the pics but I can't avoid having to wait for them to load and I can't eliminate the "Sexy [censored] in <your city>" hotlinks from appearing. Sure Google ads can potentially slow down the site also... but they don't. When you own a high percentage of the internet peering sites, as Google does, this becomes a non-issue. As to the non-work friendliness, well, if you're viewing RWG from work that's asking for trouble anyhow. I tunnel all HTTP traffic through SSH to an offsite squid server to keep all my internet activity out of the corporate web logs... And yet I still don't like the Adultfriendfinder ads.

</rant on> Is this adultfriendfinder banner really necessary? Are so few people paying for VIP memberships that we need to scrape the bottom of the barrel to fund the board? If so, this is a really big disappointment. And on top of it, the whole forum is slow because of it... Countless times now I've waited for the forum content to appear and the browser says "Waiting for adultfriendfinder banner to load." Geez. </rant off>

I haven't purchased a watch in a long while. Instead I've been spending what little time I have modding my existing smallish collection. Recently, however, the Mont Blanc Timewalker has been on my radar. I'm currently thinking non-chrono, but that dial Stephane is showing is interesting and might be a candidate for a swap to an ETA 7750. Somehow, though, I think the non-chronograph is a better look on that watch. Andrew once offered the Timewalker chrono with an ETA 7753 that was a "custom install" at a bit over $800 USD. I doubt it's still available, and I guess at that price it's approaching used gen territory anyhow. Then, of course, always on my radar is a gen Oris TT1 Titanium Diver Chrono.

There are no accurate H-and-later series CGs on any rep yet that I've seen. These CGs should be as thick as the case profile with a centered lever.

Very nice. Throwing in a .45 is always a good decision. I like my plastic Glock 30, but it hasn't got the same sex appeal.

I'll take one black, and one white. I don't even have a 188 but I'll save the white for a rainy day. I'll look into the number alignment. Hopefully someone else knows.

I'd have to agree that single sided AR is almost pointless except when it comes to reducing glare in the cyclops. PAM should get their act together and start double coating their watches. This is 2007 afterall!! Also I will add my $0.02 that the watchmen cyclops is preferable to the chieftang on the 063. I love mine with the watchmen.

We did this at work before the '04 US Presidential election... It's a fun exercise, but ultimately many of the questions are difficult to answer as they're worded without reading something into them.... Here's my score this morning: Economic Left/Right: 6.38 Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -1.28

The single AR is subtle, and probably even harder to detect over the white dial. You're probably seeing the AR more on the Tantalium, right? Both look great, though, and as always The Zigmeister's work is second to none.

The rep day wheel won't line up properly with the window on the gen dial. There's a slight offset.

I believe most Navitimers do. We learned this the hard way. They're easy to strip using the method in my FAQ, though... I've done several.
