i just got today my 029 2893 from a forum member...this saturday I have sold mine old 029 with asian 21j...this is a great looking watch...yours W is indeed heavilly modded...mine has got gen crown and new DW...I am thinking of getting it relumed...the rep cyclop is something i can live with... once again...great rep!

i bought from Pam...crowns came to my door in two weeks time from payment.... had a probl with one of the crowns...probaly the thread isn't done well...so the stem doesn't stand right but slightly angeled...the second one is still in my watchbox waiting to be installed on the 027 2892-A2....

the two best reps for under 200$ are definitely the UPO lite and the SFSO asian 21j...the asian eta 6497 pams are good too...but for sure there are other great reps...

the new 187 with 7753 was long waited by many members...but i think that you W were the only one that really pulled the trigger on this one (the only improvement i would say it's the mvt)...I am still stuck with the EL's 187 that lost a couple of markers...got the spare case but what I don't have is a good watchmaker that can do the swap...and i don't want to send it all around the world for a repair like that...it's been almost a year that the watch sits in my watch case...and it's one of my fav's....

WOW...this is one of the greatest collections around...really impressive...I was counting the other day the watches from my collection and i realized that almost all of them are the same...10 pams and other...will have to make it more brand dependent..so PAM's are already for sale on the home market....

I will be wearing my PAM027 with ETA2892-A2 movement...and it's waterproof too...how do I know?...well, two week ago I was at the beach, and I forgot to take it off before I decided to jump in the sea...after I realized I was wearing it, it was too late...but, two weeks after and it is still running great!
