I never say/write that you find they don't look nice too
I understand that you not recommend them, cuz they peel off like a banana. That was my "interpretation".

There's somebody here who can do the point on this.
I'm curious about all RG or YG plating watch that are sold by rep dealer. How can we be sure it's not copper. Cuz I bought a seiko watch to my girlfriend, and it was COPPER plating (and it really look like a RG plating) ... so I'm curious about our dealer who pretend to use 18k GOLD...for a not more difference of $10 between a SS and the gold version, when the gen has a lot more difference between the SS and a gold version
Very nice dress watch, and very good review, objective, etc.
I always love this watch, sometime it was on my wish list, I wanted it, but due to lot of flaws I abandon the purchase
Sometime, a rep is very attractive, and that can be a mistake to skip it due to his flaws compare to the gen...if it is nice, why not ! Congrat !
Interesting fact, is, did you know the lever was use by pilot that wore only mitten (due to the cold, in USSR). Pilot could only use thumbs to start and stop the chrono. it's a AD who told me this....it's an historic reason, not a "fashion" design button.
There's a lot of flavor of this watch...check this out (gen):

Hey! thanks guys... with all your input, I will don't need to go on this site and be drown to the hell
(But I admit, I just take a look, ... that can be very addictive like rep watch site )
I didn't know that exist REP FLASHLIGHT thanks for the link.
But I want the real thing, not a REP. I have enough problem with rep watch, I don't want to deal with rep flashlight dealer and all problems that will come with it.
I already got an Inova X5, but I give it to my brother for his work, disaster investigator.
I think to buy a surefire flash light, this one give a 100lumens, or a 15lumens output:

this brand is expensive, but quality industrial stuff....anybody has one of these ?
I'm looking for one can reach 100 lumens, industrial look, with aluminum body. Maglite is out of my list.
