That looks great alligoat, lets see some more side by side pics! So, does that bezel work? I remember it was stuck when it was on my watch and I didn't want to try to get it off to check it out. I'm sure it took some determination to get that baby off. those 2 watches almost look like twins there. I don't think the rep needs anything done to the dial or hands, I think there are still some gen 16800's out there that are still white. In fact, I think having one with yellowed markers and one with white is pretty cool.

I usually check the a lange & sohne sections.....There are NO good lange 1's or flybacks or ANYTHING really in the rep world. The pictures of the Lange 1's and flyback on this site are gens. Although, I wish they were reps, then maybe I'd have one on my wrist sometime

Prelim right now....waiting for a confidant expert to step up and give the work up.....Have some pics now, but not for the final product. Basically, it's a 1680 case that fits gen parts and movement.....What else is needed? One month, maybe 6 weeks.....not bad, right?

Wow, debuting in a little while will be one hell of a competitor to the NDtrading case for 1680 sub. New kit will be priced competively, as in LESS, and include dial and hands......How does Steve know this? Because I'm nice and correspond with dealers who I have never bought from, and those that I only bought from, but still help anyway for the sake of the forum.....Never recieved compensation besides friendship, which is worth more than a watch. I have pics, but the set up would be a give away as to who the supplier is.....so I will have to keep them to myself for now. Maybe, if someone can promise me confidentiality, they can see these pics, and post opinion. Maybe even help the cause in making the end product more accurate. I had FF3, had some problems with connection time outs, tried the fixes, DELETED, now on opera on my machine. IE7 right now upstairs...total joke but IMO better than the mayhem I had with FF3. I may add FF2 to my machine. 3 just wasn't doing as well as 2 and PS, that is UBI's watch in the backround, I'll tell him what you said though. But he can read and he probably says "thanks" Steve

For starters, you can cut the 27 jewel BS.....Maybe edit your post so your website address isn't in there portraying this post as SPAM, and then well heck I dunno, see what the mods say. If you really want to be a trusted dealer you need to follow protocol and prove yourself. I like the idea of reps with precious metals, but not from someone with the standard 27 jewel watch actually made in switzerland [censored] on it. If you're serious and honest, it should be an easy change...and worth it for everyone...but only if you're serious and honest. EDIT: Genuine dials and datewheels? People like compliments, so stick with that. I saw a trucker at the truck stop by my house last weekend with a TT Sub on....I said awesome watch dude....He said "Hey thanks, man" and beamed. Don't really see a need to question authenticity besides curiousity. Not that I don't give every watch a twice over every chance I get.

You tease..... So I think if anyone sends one in they're nucking futs. Get a NDtrading dial, pop in in and then send it in. Rolex will insist on replacing it with the new gen dial, and you could sell the old gen dial for big bucks. Oh, and some rhetorical tease........ There's a new 1680 case and dial for Cal 1570/75 coming soon....not vietnamese. And less expensive than phong too.... Can't say anything yet though. Can't post pics either...dead giveaway of the source, who doesn't want 100's of emails before he/she is ready.

I'm not really in to bugs, in fact would rather avoid them, but these 2 creatures were on my porch today and were actually pretty cool. It's raining, so their wings got wet and they couldn't fly. My cats were batting at them with thier little paws, and I felt the need to rescue them. I think I made them happy. See if they look like they're smiling in the pics. Just don't call me "The Moth Whisperer" or anything Still doesn't compare to the great salamander stampede of last summer....literally thousands of them trekking accross my driveway and lawn.
