Jesus Miles that is just awesome Best parts and best modders = a god darn beautiful piece!!!!! May have to take a drive down to see Robert now that I'm a Cali Guy
-
Well the two tone subs make their appearance which means we should start seeing the all steels in about 6 months or so. Love the case and maxidials as well as the Ceramic bezel but for the love of god why did they go with the new smurf blue dials??? Looks like I will be keeping my beautiful blue gen after all. I had planned on selling mine and pulling the trig on a new two tone had they used the Blue Serti dials. Kind of like the new maxi lume marker Date justs though very classy. All in all I prefer my own gen lineup though

The newest Ultimate Auto's including my beloved 088 are very very nice but the Lume sucks!!!! And the color of the lume on the dial is white or white-ish when it should be lt. Green -Yellow C3 to match the Pam's OEM colors After a trip to the Vac spa for my friend Vac's hand painted Tritec Superlume treatment my watch came back looking as Gen like as any Pam I have ever seen!!! C3 blend dial and crisp C1 linen hands- NICE!!!! That's the power of Vac-lume girls!!! And about a ten day turnaround as well!!! And after about a minute in the dark still going strong!!!

320352949035 That's the item number. I was going to try to bust the creek myself but ebay's terrific livehelp is now apparently gone. So someone nail the biotch. Dude has zero feedback and 6 suckers bidding

Lani Bro I too have a genified UPO with Gen dial. the answer is we will see it!! I'd buy one today with the correct logo. Awesome watch though!!! Maybe my next Franken
-
Incorrect Omega logo feet drives me bonkers!!! his would look to be a home run (minus the sunken date) compared with the UPO. Arrrrrgh why does it always have to be the tinyiest thing so far off directly in the field of vision!!! Thanks though Lani can't wait to see some more glamour shots
-
Simply beautiful!!!! I am stunned and very proud to own one of your beautiful vintageized dials in my 202a I recently purchased from Leg of Speed 111-177 next please!!!!!!! I'd love to see our bro outhero Little Hero

nope dial works if your movement is an eta.
-
beauty!! Welcome to the club

Here's a few, sorry not the best photographer

otto frei for all the parts including the caseback (which was overkill but I was bored plus the UPO caseback reallly does kinda suck lined up with a gen) Rex modded mine, regulated it, loved it, nurtured it, ect ect - I can't highly recommend anyone more in my opinion All told (watch, parts, labor, ect) about $1000.00 Legit (non ebay unless bonafied powerseller or watch reseller.) Planet Ocean - about $2000.00

Gen crystal - the most unique shimmering AR amazing Gen tube because if you want a gen crown the threads are different than the rep tube Gen casebacks available if you want one, mine arrives Monday hope it fits!! No go on a gen insert only gotta buy the whole bezel assembly Mine has every available Gen part from otto frei except the gen bezel assembly and bracelet (I do have a gen clasp and clasp end links though). Rex modded my pearl to sit properly, lumed it and even added a layer of hard clear epoxy over the pearl to mimic the pane of sapphire over the gen pearl As someone who owned two gen Planet oceans it has been a very satisfying project though if I knew I would have gone this far I prob would have just kept my last gen. There are a number of us who formed a little Genified UPO club both here and at Repgeek

Holy cow is that a beauty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now I have a headache!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Big fan of the 089 if done right. The Davidson new version is pretty damn nice. A couple of mods and you would have a showpiece
-
Looks great Mick There's one for sale over at RG that I thought about picking up but (WHOOPS) the caseback says stainless steel. Too bad because it looks quite nice too. Damn I want a Tobacco dial Ti Pam!!!
-
Sweet lord that movement is sexy
-
Hmmmm this looks familiar !!! Once again very SWEET!!!!
-
Actually Lani Feel sorry for this guy but he's starting to come of as a whiner. Flav already volunteered to restore his dial and hands over at the Geek for Free as long as someone disassembled the watch and sent the parts to Flav!!. A couple other folks also volunteered to help him out with the breakdown. We also have folks volunteering to help him out here as well. Of course we were all there at one point but enough handwringing. If you are a member of RWG or Repgeek there is ample opportunity to see the work, praise and critiscm of the resident modders. Had he sent this to Rex (Who is doing unbeliveably phenonimal work!! or Vac or of course Zig (if he accepted a new client) in the first place this would have never happened and he would have a super modded piece to show off to us.)

Hey Lani, are our V3 Deep Sea casebacks Ti plated or solid TI
tanya replied to tanya's topic in The Rolex Area
So you think it's solid and the scratched are just unusually silvery looking?? Or is it possible that it is actually plated and it's not Ti but a Ti looking finish? Someone put a gouge in your caseback now I need to know -

Lani and or any proud V3 Deepsea club members Seeing a few micro scratches on the caseback on my new beloved V3 Deep Sea from Josh. Not a huge deal to me but it appears that there may be bare steel underneath. Wondering if anyone else is seeing this after wearing in for a few weeks now. Does't change my opinion of the watch. My Gens LV, TT sub, Yachtie and GMT II Ceramic are collecting winder dust since I got this. BUT Ti plating instead of solid Ti would bother me a little bit only in that I would eventually have to buy a new V3 caseback or try to find a gen caseback (if one can be had) -
I believe it may be a Flav or Vac piece. Though Rex made up a couple of Jimmy Fu ladden unbranded pieces as well. Prob Flav or Vac though, pretty sure I saw their twins over at RG. Awesome looking piece though.
