I just posted this on the back of a sales post but it made me think is there a situation where the Ingy would not be at home? and where have you used yours?

Lets see some photos in situations, i think the only one where it would not be good is very deep under water or on a space suit

I have used mine swimming, sailing, flying, fighting and drinking, it looks good with camouflage or jeans or an Armani suit (from Kemberg) in casino royal, it is unassuming but smart, sporty and classical, i think one of the best Gerald Genta designs ever

whether in Bavaria

I ended up giving mine to my brother-in-law; no in-situ shots for me, unfortunately, but I do agree that it is a very versatile watch! Goes great with everything and any occassion...

Forever one of the most versatile timepieces of any brand..an IWC classic at birth

Always at home in front of any camera..

There's a palm tree and a girl in a thong behind the watch.. ya just can't see the view from here.

at rest before going to the beach .. Ingy is often tired from all the questions..

Is there any Ingy with the correct datewheel from any of the dealers? Most I have seen shows incorrect datewheel to the gen.

Thanks.

There's a Canadian chap named hp_v6 who's just finished making some datewheel overlays for the Ingenieur.

I've ordered a couple, but it may be some time before I can report back on them. For one thing, I don't own an Ingenieur yet!

Very nice, Andy. I love the Ingenieur bracelet, but that leather strap looks great and gives you a little versatility.

Urgh. Don't remind me about that... :(

I ordered mine in early september from PT Swiss for a Friend's birthday in October. In November it arrived totally scratched with a broken strap. Returned it to PT in November. after a long wait he replied that I will receive replacements. Now, on Dec 17th I got his out of office reply, and he will be back in January.....

Is this the way to satisfy the customers?
