Cant see his photographs but tripod (table will work also), watch with lume charged (can use an led flashlight or a uv flashlight). set camera to Tv mode (canon) or S (I think that is what Nikon calls it) anyhow you want to be able to adjust the shutter speed as the end result. Next you can adjust the ISO to a lower ISO reduce the noise since it might be dark (your going to have a longer shutter speed so more light will be exposed to the sensor, or film). Set your watch on a surface that isn't going to be moving. Set your camera on another object (tripod or table) that isn't going to move. Set the camera to a 1 second shutter speed and press the button. check the screen see the result. adjust time to longer for more light shorter for less light.
