Justasgood
Well, I am speechless.....which doesn't seem obvious when you read this post. WOW! Perfection my friend pure sexiness and perfection. But WTF? The 12 hour totalizer is off.....please say it's the angle....

ubiquitous
Thanks, gents! K- The 12:00 counter is off just a hair. Not enough to bug me or to tear open to fix. With as fussy as the V72 is, I can certainly live with it The gen dial, hands, bracelet, crown, crystal, etc. all sorta make up for it... I think. ubiquitous
Looks amazing Ubi! What did the Master do to it? Movement got finicky and required a small visit. My wife thinks the watch just enjoys the Canadian air, so it looks for as many ways to vacation with Zig as possible...

vlydog
A beautiful watch Ubi! After seeing these awesome pictures, it makes me sad to have let mine go. Wear it in good health.
RWG Technical
Hmmmmm... The 12 hour hand shouldn't be off, it could be the pusher not pressing in far enough to re-set it fully to the center detent. Maybe try the pusher again or run it until it's past the 6 and see where it resets. I check and double check everything and so does inspector #13... Dizzy
Damnnnn thats nice Ubi!! I am really wearing my DW 6265 a lot more since i put a gen vintage rivet bracelet on it. Its such a beautiful watch but the size takes a little getting used to for me. One day soon I want to get a V23 installed and change the dial to this one in either silver or black. Right now its the paul newman style red black white ROC dial or the "Mayer dial" as its sometimes called. I want something a little more believable like this you have! Good work as always Rob! cheers Dizz
ubiquitous
Indeed, Zig did a fantastic job overhauling this one. Money well spent for 5 years worth of peace of mind...
Dizzy
I'll have to contact him once i source all the parts I need. No gen dial for me though, thats a little out of my price range for this project. Just a nice V23 and a good redial is what i need. Yours is over the top and absolutely awesome as always! RWG Technical
Just one thing. Who is inspector #13? She is the one who inspects every watch before it leaves my shop...very picky and doesn't miss anything...
