Well, the QC images i got are exactly as the rep promo photos. All ok so far....my two have less than 1 sec variation per day :)

The strap lugs are 20mm - as per the gen.

As for further revisions, i could be wrong but i don't see any significant differences between the rep and standard

press photos of the gen? I'd have to check the gen in an AD to be sure though.

some better pics (and cheaper price) here:

http://www.timeshops.net/product.php?id_product=10208

the only flaw that i can see is that the graduations on the rehaut are SLIGHTLY lower than the gen. They could be a gnats whisker higher up, making them central within the rehaut. This tiny flaw exists on all of the colour combos and on all of the reps i've seen. The only one that escapes this, by illusion, is the black.

Excellent macro shots of the gen here:

http://www.blowers-jewellers.co.uk/images2/watch_images_pages/watchesbreitling_breitling_pages/Breitling_Superocean_II_A17364_W3573.htm

The only other flaw is the Wings applied logo. The raised part of the gen logo is polished, with the background satin. The rep logo is all shiny. This logo flaw carries thru on a lot of Ling reps, and also on the TAG Heuer logos. Not a big deal since you'd have be very, very close to notice it! One fix (if you were that anal) would be to paint a bit of matte silver paint on it with a tiny modelling brush, and wipe the excess off the relief...

I couldn't agree with you more! When you see Angus' youtube video on this rep, it looks like a very impressive piece and well made.

I just hope the materials stand up to normal usage.

Can you post the link of the video, please? I'm not able to find it.

I ordered one at PT.

Already received the QC pics and it's shipped now.

But... I like this watch on a SS bracelet and i'm looking for it.

It should be a 20mm Pro II bracelet.

I'm owning a Skyland V3 with SS bracelet, but that one is 22mm and the new superocean is 20mm.

Who knows where to find the (rep) 20mm SS PRO II bracelet??
