So the crystal was barely hanging on and I was worried about it breaking and marring the dial So I broke off the last sliver of connection and this is what I have.

The bracelet is going to be quite difficult to salvage, but I am very excited about trying to put that back together.

Here's a video of its condition. I'm pretty happy considering what I spent on it

Here's the recouperation of the bracelet. No matter how hard I tried it was impossible to get rid of bracelet stretch. but I am pretty happy with the end result with the bracelet.

This is how much dirt was in each link (there was even more in some of them!!!)

All the parts ready to go back together!

Done for now. It looks WAY better than before and this was just a cleaning and hand polish as I didn't want to remove any gold.

That 7836 bracelet doesn't look too bad now that you've cleaned it up. Seems like those ss end pieces were standard operating procedure- sop- in the old days.

A service would be good and then you should be good to go. Plus the new crystal, of course and maybe a light polish as Freddy said.

Hello, may I say that it is a very fantastic pick up and a nice job you are doing to restore this piece. Great respect to you! May I ask how you were able to remove the fixed links on the bracelet as shown on the 3rd photo? What type of tools do you use and what are the methods? Thanks!

Decided to go with the clarks rather than the gen crystal as its not really worth the extra money especially with how good the clarks is on the acryllic. If this were sapphire I'd probably get the real deal as I've found its significantly better.

Hopefully going to try getting everything put together this weekend and then send it out to get an ever so slight polish.
