vlydog Posted June 5, 2012 Report Posted June 5, 2012 Hello Does anyone know what tropic would be compatible with the 1675? I am looking for the reference number without cyclops. Thank you.
TeeJay Posted June 5, 2012 Report Posted June 5, 2012 I don't know the reference number, but that 1675 is absolutely stunning
Nanuq Posted June 5, 2012 Report Posted June 5, 2012 Tropic 38 ... I'd give Ken's left nut for one. Been looking for years. For the tropic. Not Ken's left nut.
dbutlerman Posted June 5, 2012 Report Posted June 5, 2012 It's been a while since I've seen Ken's nut offered in trade for something - Nanuq must be satisfied with his currently collection
JoeyB Posted June 5, 2012 Report Posted June 5, 2012 I believe the T19 with the beveled edge would work.
stilty Posted June 5, 2012 Report Posted June 5, 2012 Tropic 38 ... I'd give Ken's left nut for one. Been looking for years. For the tropic. Not Ken's left nut. Big regret not grabbing one when they were hovering around $100-$150. I didn't have a use for one. Now, if, and a BIG if, you can find one. Nothing south of $350, and that was about 2 years ago when I was quoted that price.
vlydog Posted June 6, 2012 Author Report Posted June 6, 2012 Did a search of VRF yesterday and found a few that sold for $350.
bigjule111 Posted June 10, 2012 Report Posted June 10, 2012 If u cant find one U can sand down the cyclop on ure 116. Pick up a cheap Clark 116. Wet sand it down then polish it back up. It works. I did it on a 1680 I owned. I glued a more accurate and centered cyclop on that one. Cheers
Ronin Posted June 15, 2012 Report Posted June 15, 2012 Someone needs to hit up Clark's to start making the t38. I would have no issue using an aftermarket in this scenario, especially a Clark's.
cib0rgman Posted June 20, 2012 Report Posted June 20, 2012 This is what I had been working on. Is Still a work in progress but I am almost done, waiting for the hands and a jubilee bracelet. What do you think
