Thats a f#@ker sorry to hear that. Given that the photos show movement in the seconds hand , it was either working or perhaps a different watch. Hope you get it sorted. It moves when I shake it yes, or even just move it mildly, I shaked it enough to get it to sit over the 12/60 and I was OK with that, but then when the day indicator stopped working... UPDATE: The day indicator was refusing to move last night but as of this morning has switched to Saturday...strange. Also, pull the crown and forward the time and see if the day date moves forward, don't try to change the date. Date shouldn't be changed if the time is between 10pm and 2am.
