Anyone ever use a sticky ball as a caseback opener?

Its a nifty little tool.

With all the tinkering you do, Nanuq? You prob go thru a lot of tape. It's so cold there, it probably just cracks and breaks anyway. :-)

Sticky balls are one of the best caseback openers, for some reason they open 99% of casebacks without bother, only the odd time they require a bit more than usual torque. No need for those ones that slip and put marks all over the place, they are a pita. I think mine came free from from a dealer with a watch purchase a few years ago. Great tool!
