hambone Posted April 14, 2013 Report Posted April 14, 2013 The 380 The Idiot Convention in Minsk. I was invited but I was already Attending the projectile turd shooters Convention.
martijnp Posted April 14, 2013 Report Posted April 14, 2013 Enjoying the sun and an ice cold beer wearing my PAM104 \
Nanuq Posted April 14, 2013 Report Posted April 14, 2013 Nice try, here's how a 6538 is supposed to look. Wanna trade??
cc33 Posted April 14, 2013 Report Posted April 14, 2013 No thanks I'm very in love with mine, it's amazing how the lume he used looks green sometimes, sand color other times, depending on the lighting just like radium. I love the insert on yours
Nanuq Posted April 14, 2013 Report Posted April 14, 2013 I gotta say that 4-line dial is the stuff of dreams. Verrrrrrrry tasty. I'm still thinking about selling a gen to fund a real 6538 build. Argh! Do I keep the beater and (ab)use it, or build a beauty like yours, then fear getting it wet? PS: I know what you mean about the lume. That's exactly how my 6536/1 acts.
cc33 Posted April 14, 2013 Report Posted April 14, 2013 Thank you, I say keep and enjoy the big Daz now that it's waterproof, it really is nice and like you said, no fear of ruining a very expensive watch
Nanuq Posted April 14, 2013 Report Posted April 14, 2013 Yeah and considering it was a gift, that settles it. She stays! But a nice set of gilt MY hour and minutes hands lie in her future. Maybe a Sternkreuz dome too.
asciwhite Posted April 14, 2013 Report Posted April 14, 2013 I would also keep wearing this ♥ Beautiful piece! Still wearing it.
ExtraExtra Posted April 14, 2013 Report Posted April 14, 2013 I would also keep wearing this ♥ Beautiful piece! What is the case size on this? Reminds me so much of Corum....but this appeals to me.

lhooq Posted April 14, 2013 Report Posted April 14, 2013 I would also keep wearing this ♥ Beautiful piece! What is the case size on this? Reminds me so much of Corum....but this appeals to me. Thanks, guys! The Junghans isn't a big watch by modern standards, at only 39mm across. Bigger than a manual Daytona, but thinner.
Nanuq Posted April 15, 2013 Report Posted April 15, 2013 This is what a 6538 looks like in the Alaskan woods on a *cough* brisk Spring afternoon.
