Uhm, I'm not a Rolex expert, but the magnifier looks rep. And isn't the minute hand a bit short? Or it depends from the model?

I am guessing it is a Franken with a ST case. The dial looks a M series dial, hard to tell on my cell phone if it is a gen dial or TC dial.

I think the lugs are too thick to be a ST. I'm goin with TC case, Yuki 3135, gen dial, gen hands, gen insert, gen crown.

 

I've edited my post.  I now think the bracelet is a TC V3.

I don't think the insert is an F series! It's early Y series or pre Y series. Mid Y series had triangular 4 in 40, no lugholes and the new 16610 T case.
