Sadly seems to be the silix bond case with a better dial maybe.

The 6536 second hand is the only interesting thing in my opinion.

I found some photos of Rolex 6205 , the right reference to compare with

Yes the pre submariner Rolex 6204. I remember reading some member searching this second hand for their build.

6536 never had theses hands.

The 6204 was the first 'Submariner', along with the 6205 the only Submariners to have the 'pencil' hour hand. The 'Mercedes' hour hand came after, and since.

With some good shaping, aging and a nice patina on the dial, and a vintage re-lume of the hands and dial it could be a half-decent cheap vintage beater.

Can't tell about those pearls, looks like they have the metal surrounds, but maybe it would be an easy fix to put an all acrylic pearl in there.

That 6536-1 should be relabeled a 6204.

But, heck, it's still a step in the right direction.

The case profile is too tall/thick for an early Sub. But, otherwise, all things considered, an interesting curiosity. Might be worthy of a project.
