I believe that the ‘in exile’ forum is back up. The main forum is still being worked on.

Depends on the damage done. It would be easy if they were just creating a site from scratch. But they're trying to salvage what was left in the databases and backups to rebuild, I'd  image. 

 

It's the difference of tearing a building down and build a new one or trying to rebuild something that's already been there.
