astonjenks Posted August 2, 2019 Report Posted August 2, 2019 I tried the gen PAM979 in London's AD last week and bought this from Trusty and can only say in the flesh it actually looks better than the gen due to being slightly darker. This photo has been adjusted a tad, however what a stunner! 3
swdivad Posted August 2, 2019 Report Posted August 2, 2019 Nice, but seems like a lot of contrast between the layers... does it look like that in real life?
astonjenks Posted August 2, 2019 Author Report Posted August 2, 2019 This is without any playing with the shot but with light reflecting on the right side. AJ 1
Champsy Posted August 3, 2019 Report Posted August 3, 2019 This is so nice. Making me want to try another Pam Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
astonjenks Posted August 3, 2019 Author Report Posted August 3, 2019 Here's the £17k list gen, I was offered it for £14k though :-)
Mike on a bike Posted August 3, 2019 Report Posted August 3, 2019 Not my cup of tea AJ but as a rep I'd would buy give it a shot most likely sell off in time but at 14k not a chance. So many beautiful watches for less even Pams I'd get first with money left over for another one!
508-Fanatic Posted August 4, 2019 Report Posted August 4, 2019 Smart move to pass on the gen AJ - I'm really unsure what the long-term market looks like for these at that price...

Stunning watches !
hologramet Posted October 29, 2019 Report Posted October 29, 2019 If only this could be released in 42mm like the 960... instead we get that hideous Smurf-blue shiet.
