fotoman Posted February 21, 2007 Report Share Posted February 21, 2007 Well, as many of you have read Mr. Gladeraider put forth an interesting proposal to the masses asking for someone to step forward and pony up the bucks to front the needed improvement dollars for the forum and he would send that person a Mystery Watch that happened to be "right in front of him" (i'm glad he wasn't in the bathroom at the time) well - after much anticipation it has arrived ! - And its a GEN!! Its a very nice watch - Gen Gator band with Deployant - Valjoux 7750 (a real one) great shape, nice watch. I don't know much about the brand, have started to look into it. Seems they make a wide range of catagories of product. what can i say right- of course, i don't deserve any credit for the forum upgrade that all goes to bill - i was just looking to Reap Huge Rewards by putting up some cash I think everyone should thank him for his generous offer, it was a real great thing to do. And i have gotten to know him on a personal level over the last few days as we have spoken. He is an amazing guy and i have alot of respect for him not only in his watch tastes but his strength and convictions relating to his family. They clearly come first in his life. This is yet another amazing individual i have met through the forum - and i as i always say - you all would be so amazed if we could all get together in one big room to hang out - some of the most interesting people i have met are involved here (and i have met some real whoppers in my regular life) So lets everyone Raise a glass to Bill - Class Act #1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
