So far, this 1680 has ... gen crown and tube, gen crystal, gen pearl, pugged crown guards and ... as of this morning, an ETA 2846 low-beat movement.

Still to go, some form of datewheel and drilling the lugs to fit genuine spring bars. Comments, as always, appreciated.

Looks great...nice work.

Nice to see you doing it all yourself, sort of takes the shine off the fact that some would like others to believe only a few gifted people in the world can do this stuff...it's not so hard after all...

Can't wait to see the remainder of the work.
