Les Center
My best sounding two guitars are a Gibson ES-335TD (red) and a Martin DM. But I had this Fender Kingman about 35 years ago, that was pure magic. Unfortunately, it was hung across my back, neck down, as I was descending an external staircase, and my foot slipped on a wet spot, and me and the Fender went crashing to the bottom. I survived, the Fender didn't. Les
Pugwash
I no longer own any guitars. I just occasionally borrow Mrs Pugwash's Gordon Smith ...

Les Center
My best sounding guitar is this one... #143 and hand built by Hans Moust. Super SUPER rare Guild D-70 with hand shaved bracing, one-off ebony bridge, ivory saddle and nut, maple binding and Braz rosewood. It's on at least the 6th set of frets, and it's got tone and depth to die for. Guilds are great! One of the most underrated guitars out there! Les Center
I had a Guild 12 string once, but sold it to British folk artist Rod MacKenzie. Les

MAHLER
You excuse the intervention. I use as synthesizer station Reason of the Propellerhead. Craytonic
By comparison the D-70 gets "rubbery" feeling when I play it hard. My girlfriend just asked why I was laughing so hard.

My fav is my Hamer - LOVE it, put a custom duncan pickup in the rear humbucker - i can get all sorts of tones and its PERTY if you don't know about them, they make 2 lines of guitars, one is handmade in the US - takes several months. others are made in like korea or something, but they are great instruments - solid, but not as heavy as a les paul - neck is nice medium width and depth. and its perty http://www.hamerguitars.com/?fa=detail&...401&sid=185 Kaman Music owns them - they also make Ovation, Gretch, takamine, latin percussion and sabien to name a few

lionsandtigers
my personal fav in my current collection is a Original 68 Gibson Les Paul Standard. Takes a serious toll on my back cause it weighs an absurd amount, but i have yet to find a guitar that beats it for me. I have owned and currently own: 74 Gibson Les Paul Custom Black Beauty 62 Gibson SG Custom, white, 3 pickups (biggest mistake letting that one go ) Gibson ES-335 62 Fender Strat Early 70's Gretsch RockJet 70's Gibson V replica 72 Fender Telecaster Deluxe B.C. Rich Mockingbird Archtop Supreme a few random acoustics and basses and other crap i cant think of talk about an expensive habit, makes rep collection look like pennies
