about the order sent.

i placed an order last tuesday...paid.... and nottin yet ????? im going to email him later today

I have one watch coming from him. I'll apprise him of this situation and thread in my next email. I also got a private PM, which I will include in the email, so fear not. :)

He's been responding to my emails. Some rather quick and some replies where Im waiting a day. I have had no issues in the past with Silix and got my fingers crossed on this transaction with him.

I ordered a watch a couple weeks ago and he has been talking with me on email and he said he didnt like the watch he had for me so he was waiting for another one then he would ship it.

I just hope I have it for xmas

Yes I did, same as always within 48 hours or so. Mind you it was just a normal standard email though, not some private PM under a cloak of diplomatic immunity :lol: Oh dear obviously I'm not important enough, I must lobby through the appropriate channels....

He's fine same as always don't know why people get all flustered when the guy doesn't reply within 30 seconds of sending an email? Honestly, like some of us, J&A have real lives with families and friends, and deserve some time off. You can't expect them to sit around 24/7 waiting for emails and sending constant reassuring emails about shipping nos. etc. If you can't handle that, then just take your business elsewhere. Simple.

Seemed to get an email 2-3d after I sent, but my watch came yesterday, only a few days after he emailed a "watch sent" message. No problems here

Jay responded to me and shipped out my watches in a timely manner. I cannot complain one bit with his communication. In this industry you really just need to be patient.

I wouldn't go patting yourself on the back quite yet Victoria. A quick scan of his posting history will show that Jay is quite capable of picking up on these issues himself without the need of any prodding from an interfering busybody....

Now Rico, that's no way to talk to the Silixian Ambassador to RWG (self-appointed or not) :p

But seeing as how I'm the Ambassador for Silix, as I was informed recently, I can tell you that he may be able to hunt them down for you.

I got a Super Sea Dweller from Silix today. Will post some pictures in his trade review section.

Ordering and communication was excellent as usual. Sometimes there can be a delay if the watch is not in stock.

he just emailed me back ...he said that i didnt fill out my shipping address properly and that the watch got sent back to him .......... idk about that but i resent him my info hopefully ill get back a tracking number
