There used to be some interesting watches that helped keep score. You can find them NOS on ebay every now and again.

Cleobis, Rolex all the way. In my grandparents day, it was also Longines.

Rolex of course was the official sponsor of the just completed Australian Open, however over the years there have been other watches do the sponsorship including Rado and TAG.
