bazonkers
What is that watch? I don't think it's a Black Monster. This is a Black Monster:
ari
What is that watch? I don't think it's a Black Monster. This is a Black Monster: Right you are, Bazonkers -- this isn't a Black Monster. This is a SKZ255K1, which I've sometimes heard called the "FrankenMonster" or "FrankenTuna." alant
Guess what, today during lunch time I popped into a small watch boutique and I managed to find the same exact Seiko model as mentioned by swdivad! I tried it on and I must say its a pretty solid and sporty watch! They also have it in stainless steel strap but I think I like the black strap more. The links are hollow so they do feel lighter. And watch wise, movement is from Japan but assembled in Hong Kong. They also have the same model in smaller dial size with open case back design but I still prefer this chunky fellow. Price wise its around US$380 though I never ask if there are any discounts. So swdivad I think you got a good deal and looks like its a good workhorse too! Oops I'm falling into the dark side, think I might just go try the watch again tomorrow....one piece left....
Ben
seeing that makes me want to go out and PVD my black monster, i think it would look better then that watch only because that one is a little too big and chunky! nice watch tho enjoy it and show us some wrist shots when it arrives
alant
In fact its not really that big, its like those 44mm Pam watches. And the lume is pretty impressive but when I asked the sales assistant he couldn't tell me what is the lume material.
cornerstone
It'll be Seiko LumiBrite, same as the Black Monster. It doesn't get any better
