One of the watches I never initially liked, but after getting this one for a review from Narikaa, I was sold. This watch really surprised me, and I bought it immediately. The rep is very accurate... best value for money rep I ever bought.

Here's mine, let's see yours!

My picture is nowhere near as good as yours. Notice the 9:00 lume is gone on the SS Yacht. It used to be there. I have no idea where it went. Not inside the case or anything. Wierd

I have two. The first, a swiss eta version, purchased from Eddie Lee 2 years ago. Lately, I have been paying attention to the quality of the new dials and recently purchased one from Narikaa with the Asian movement, assuming real improvements.

You be the judge:

Not really warmed to it so far, don`t really know why.

Swiss ETA 2836-2.

Tho, I am impressed with the white dial version.

Here's mine. Still a beauty, although I only wear it on special ocassions. Bought it from Angus and recently replaced the dial for the updated version which is less yellowish.

here's mine. Only take put it on when I dress up. It's weird how tastes change. When I first got into reps this is the watch that got me started.. Now it gets the least wrist time of all my reps. It's definitely a keeper though.. and ohh soo smooooth

Just shot this one. I'm not very happy with this photo technically, as the corners are rather noisy... but it shows the "sparkling" effect on the Noob YM dial quite nicely.

I have the Asian 'Noob' Yachtmaster and I didn't really think that I would like it, but I do. So far the movement has been fine but I am not a big fan of Asian movements. If it dies what's the options? Is there a good quality replacement readily available? I also have a new ETA 2892 and a set of ETA fit Yachtie hands - any prospect of fitting it in here?

i'm guessing so.. but you need a set of crown and movement holder too to accomodate the swiss 2892 since its a thin movement.. anywho.. asian 21j should be a robust movement in it self.. i've had 1 21j movement for around 3 yrs its still working strong, so i dont see it different in ur case.. plus i haven't seen many ppl complain about it..

Let's bump this one...

I don't have the Yachty anymore, I gave it to a forum friend... but here's one photo left... I'm not sure if I've shared it before.
