Hey Woody.. this is the "ultimate" version of the 104.. still.. You cannot deny lello has the superior font on his DW's.. the rep's thicker font comes in distorted.. after swapping lellos dw the clarity is obvious...it must be the centering of the print (not to mention better font).. because the mag is the original rep one... no doubt in my mind it is the DW that brings out the best in the mag also.. the mag and crystal AR'd (single) so chieftangs mag could not be used.. however for this job it was not needed .. (saved me one) kruzer OEM crown.. the group buy from 2006 is paying off... and of course Ziggy's SL lume .. i cannot tell even with a loupe that the lume has been done over.. correct colour now .. and superb artistry "AGAIN" on Ziggy's part Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Congrats on the newborn ...a new member of our crazy community I see he already as a serial...I guess you have the papers and the box I was waiting for my "JustAsGood" 5513 to come back from a little dial repaint I still have to post a pictorial of this one but I might have to wait for another week as it's raining a lot again Before with an untouched NDT dial with yellowish tint and weird 3-6-9 markers Now, with a white lume (as well as the hands of course) and normal markers, a ClassicWatchPart Insert and a wonderfull pearl (gift of Bazz, thanks so much!!!) arminvanbuuren Posted April 29, 2008 Report Share Posted April 29, 2008 hey guys.. i just finished this one .. i had a 116520 old case lying around (aka fredy333 style) which had the shallower rehaut then the 2nd version.. but i'm also in love with the 116509 meteorite version.. so since the 116509 is in white gold and there is no way in achieving the same colour and weight of a 116509.. i made kind of a modded watch!!! a 116520 with meteorite dial .. as most of you know the meteorite dial is an expensive option of the 116509 models and the 116520 is one of the rarest modern rolex sports.. so this one is a really really rare model (i've actually seen gen owners do the same modding to their watch).. here's the pics anyway enjoy and gen pics (notice it's a modded 116520 not a 116509 ) oOOoOooOOooooOoo Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
