Just in...an Omega Speedmaster

Has this got different subdial hands or is it just the way the white shows up in that photo?

@dadog: That's an unusual watch!

@chubb: Ditto. Nice Oris! Great to see something different from the usual Rolex-PAM-Omega lineup.

I'm boring as usual... wearing the old & faithful: My 3+ year old SMP "Bond" classic!

Is this the new GMTIIC? If so, why is it in the shop?

Beater (at left) for me today (Monday)

Yep, the new GMT II-C - the GMT hand was too close to the dial and got hung on one of the markers, which then caused it to bend out of shape when I was setting it. Josh, as always, is taking good care of me, should be fixed pretty soon.

Sorry to hear that. It is especially rough with such a rare & otherwise well made rep like the chs GMTIIC.

Please keep us posted on your experience with the repair.

It's a great rep! whoever decides to get it, won't be disappointed...and it is still on my wrist...for the 4th consecutive day!

Well, JamesG sold his Speedy and as I never wear mine it gave me the idea to wear this baby tonight.

It's an old domed Speedy with the 6 o'clock dial frozen and two case back :D
