Nanuq Posted February 12, 2009 Report Posted February 12, 2009 I know you guys all enjoy exercise as much as I do. Here's a program that I came across that has really helped. The older we get, the more important it is to incorporate exercise into our daily routine. This is necessary to maintain cardiovascular health and maintain muscle mass. Just ask By-Tor or Lani. If you're over 55, you might want to take it easy at first, then do more repetitions as you become more proficient & build stamina. Warning: It may be too strenuous for some, and remember to consult your doctor before starting any new exercise program! SCROLL DOWN ... NOW SCROLL UP ... That's enough for the 1st day. Great job.
RobbieG Posted February 12, 2009 Report Posted February 12, 2009 I tried it but it doesn't seem to be very effective. I have a small beer belly I'm trying to get rid of but nothing seems to help it...

Toadtorrent Posted February 13, 2009 Report Posted February 13, 2009 Advanced version of work out can be found in the GGG thread.
jonthebhoy Posted February 13, 2009 Report Posted February 13, 2009 Advanced version of work out can be found in the GGG thread. Doesn't that involve five fingers though? That makes it complicated for me.
KB Posted February 13, 2009 Report Posted February 13, 2009 I remember going into a public toilet once and seeing written on the left wall "Toilet Tennis, look right" of course on the right wall was "Toilet Tennis, look left" Ken
