I know you guys all enjoy exercise as much as I do. Here's a program

that I came across that has really helped. :tu:

The older we get, the more important it is to incorporate exercise into

our daily routine. This is necessary to maintain cardiovascular health

and maintain muscle mass. Just ask By-Tor or Lani.

If you're over 55, you might want to take it easy at first, then do more

repetitions as you become more proficient & build stamina.

Warning: It may be too strenuous for some, and remember to

consult your doctor before starting any new exercise program!
