Bignasty Posted August 10, 2006 Report Posted August 10, 2006 Looking very good! If only my rep budget wasn't broke at the moment! Looks like I might have to sell some stuff soon! Cheers, Jon
Bignasty Posted August 10, 2006 Author Report Posted August 10, 2006 links to pics? Links are likely to change as it seems he's doing the updates to the site now. I've confirmed the lugwidth with him already though. 45mm PO w/ 22mm Lugs and correct "Omega - Seamaster - Professional - Planet Ocean" engravings! http://perfect-clones.com/802-p-1665.html PO Chrono w/ Black Datewheel http://perfect-clones.com/omse10025-planet...750-p-1675.html
docblackrock Posted August 10, 2006 Report Posted August 10, 2006 Nice heads-up thanks... Aargghh! That datewheel would look better on my 187, and vice versa.......hmmmmm, I wonder
www_watch Posted August 10, 2006 Report Posted August 10, 2006 Looking very good! The 45mm is getting better and better..... Correct engraving on the clasp and lug width is a GREAT improvement! I hope they keep all the good new details on the next version then with correct date font..... I´d probably hit it!
nardis Posted August 10, 2006 Report Posted August 10, 2006 (edited) I guess the Omega logo is way too big.. isn't it? Edited August 10, 2006 by nardis

Although I believe the PO Chrono rep is a beautiful watch in it's own right, It's way off from the genuine. Subdials are too small and too far from the center. And yes, the Omega logo is on steroids
Dario33 Posted August 10, 2006 Report Posted August 10, 2006 Shade of orange on the bezel appears off to me.
dluddy Posted August 10, 2006 Report Posted August 10, 2006 Does Omega offer the Big Size PO in the Orange bezel?? Can't tell from their sie and I have only seen the Big Size in Black Bezel
www_watch Posted August 10, 2006 Report Posted August 10, 2006 Does Omega offer the Big Size PO in the Orange bezel?? Can't tell from their sie and I have only seen the Big Size in Black Bezel Yes, they do. It's the Ref. 2208.50.00 And I bet it´s also on the official Omega site.
cpt390 Posted August 10, 2006 Report Posted August 10, 2006 Does the black bezel 45mm come with the orange hour markers? I am under the impression that it is not.

triplehd Posted August 10, 2006 Report Posted August 10, 2006 I guess the Omega logo is way too big.. isn't it? WAY TOO BIG Watches are looking alot better than before.....I would ike to see a kick ass PO Chrono black version.... Pics of Gen PO Chrono
www_watch Posted August 10, 2006 Report Posted August 10, 2006 Does the black bezel 45mm come with the orange hour markers? I am under the impression that it is not. Of course it does..... Reference is 2200.51.00 C'mon guys.... It´s not that difficult to browse through the Omega site, is it?
dluddy Posted August 10, 2006 Report Posted August 10, 2006 Yes, they do. It's the Ref. 2208.50.00 And I bet it´s also on the official Omega site. Thought so too, but couldn't see it on the Omega site today
Category 5 Posted August 10, 2006 Report Posted August 10, 2006 I hate to say it, but that 7750 based PO Chrono has NONE of the presence of the real deal. It looks like a cheesy fantasy watch. I'd almost prefer a re-geared version like the Daytonas just to get it to look right. How many people really use the chronos on their reps anyway?
retep Posted August 10, 2006 Report Posted August 10, 2006 I thought they had a decent looking triangle on the latest po`s. This one is missing the orange outline and the size is incorrect too
Pugwash Posted August 10, 2006 Report Posted August 10, 2006 Is that datewheel the right one for the PAM00196?
b16a2 Posted August 10, 2006 Report Posted August 10, 2006 Was on his site earlier and noticed a new Navitimer 'serie speciale' with blue face. The sub dials look much better than the other models I have seen, where they looked raised!
stenofsweden Posted August 11, 2006 Report Posted August 11, 2006 Myself I’m more in to the 42mm non-chrono… But I really want to get hold on the Strap in the picture, very nice complement to the SS bracelet, and it works with both bezel colours. If anybody sees one for sale, let me know! Cheers Sten
TomBombadil Posted August 11, 2006 Report Posted August 11, 2006 How could the subdials be off like that? Doesn't the gen use the 7750 movement? Is the case size off or something?
