  1. What do you guys think of the new AP Diver Chrono, released at SIHH2016? https://www.hodinkee.com/articles/the-audemars-piguet-royal-oak-offshore-diver-chronograph http://www.watchcollectinglifestyle.com/home/sihh-2016-new-audemars-piguet-royal-oak-offshore-diver-chronograph-ref-26703st-live-pictures-pricing For me, I don't like those bright colours. But the blue one is absolutely stunning, especially on the SS bracelet! Credits for my friend @Stuvetjee And his own creation:

  2. One day I'll plump for a high end big crown, but for now I'm having fun welding modding my cases. This one is a silix case with lots of meat slapped on, took quite sometime ... Yea yea a lot of work you say, but for me that's half the hobby and enjoyment in creating a unique watch. The specs. silix big crown case+ steroid welds, drilled lugs, chamfered. Athaya v2 crown clark plexi/ shaved down considerably serviced ETA 2846 hr old minute hand / Clark hour/ oshk big ball. HR dial / relumed and made tropic gloss with 6 hour marker slightly lighter. i wanted a single line BC not seen many/ some would say it's 'wrong' but Meh. brass bezel raffles insert ofrei pearl. fat bars few pics, I'm no photographer though just iPhone shots in afraid, tried to capture the gloss.

  4. I bought the bezel off eBay, It could be, I've never had a Hr BC so I can't confirm, it was much bigger though, had to completely redo on the lathe . here are a few progression shots, in the end it looks easy.. but yeah it's a big job thanks !

  6. Great job. On your next one, try adding material just to the bottom of the lug tips. I don't think adding metal to the top of the lugs is necessary. Very well done

  8. Wow ! Don't know how you achieve these lugs extensions. But I can imagine it's a lot of work. Stunning !

  9. "BTW, you do not seem to be banned or anything. You can relax now. " Due to some grey areas I have decided to give the OP a full hearing, this was a dealer issue guys so no members watches or money involved. This being said I expect our dealers to be treated honestly also , dealer in question not TD here but that is irrelevant.

  12. Michael is a really great guy and awesome at what he does, but....C'Mon Man. @ceejay I believe this combination is possible. 1966 was the transitional year so you see both gilt and matte dials with both big and little GMT hands. Guessing this is a 66 or early 67.

  14. LOL, why yes Sir it is. A Swiss 7206 from 1966. My birth year bracelet for a gilt 66 Bart Sub if I ever find one. Most guys would buy the watch first.....I got the bracelet waiting for a watch to put it on.
