  1. Does for me. Can't help you there. Are you at work and is there a firewall in operation? JTB
  2. You mean this: http://www.rwg.cc/members/index.php?showforum=4 Off Topic section? JTB
  3. ............and you become $50,000 lighter in your pocket! JTB
  4. If it was "seized" you wouldn't have got the empty box. JTB
  5. eh?........maybe I read Joshua's last post wrong but I thought it was meant tongue in cheek? JTB
  6. Well done Joshua! Your initiation is over. You may ask stupid questions in the future but you will not be lambasted in the same way, least ways not on my watch. Your ability to recognise and accept the scourge of your peers for performing noobification acts AND to subsequently upgrade your membership status speaks volumes of you and furthermore means that you have truly arrived. Go forward my son and spread the good word. JTB
  7. I think leaving threads like these serve a purpose. They give new arrivals an insight into the dangers of posting in words their childlike impatience. JTB
  8. WOW...........You could land helicopters on that, couldn't you? Now I know why you parted with the 196. Wear it well my friend. JTB
  9. Not sold on it but oddly if I had a pick of the two I'd take the rep........then again Neil's pictures have a habit of doing that to you. JTB
  10. I think I spotted one of Sillix's Movados in their stock. Deliberately crap photos. JTB
  11. I'm a mod.........I couldn't possibly say. JTB
  12. I wasn't too worried for Joshua when his title said the "Watch Doesn't Tick". Had he said it wasn't tocking either then............. JTB
  13. A man with a bald head and a wooden leg is invited to a fancy dress Party. He doesn't know what to wear to hide his head and his wooden leg so he writes to a fancy dress company to explain his problem. A few days later he receives a parcel with a note: Dear Sir, Please find enclosed a pirate's outfit. The spotted handkerchief will cover your bald head and with your wooden leg you will be just right as a Pirate. The man thinks this is terrible because they emphasized his disability, so he writes a letter of complaint. A week passes and he received another parcel. Dear Sir, Sorry about the previous parcel. Please find a monk's habit. The long robe will cover your wooden leg and with your bald head you will really look the part. The man is extremely furious now, because the company has gone from emphasizing his wooden let to drawing attention to his bald head. So he writes a really rude letter of complaint. A few days later he gets a very small parcel from the company with an accompanying letter: Dear Sir, Please find enclosed a tin of Golden Syrup. Pour the tin of Golden Syrup over your bald head, stick your wooden leg up your [censored] and go as a toffee apple JTB
  14. Now you're going in the right direction..................using your expert knowledge of course! JTB
  15. Apology accepted. We just want our new members to get off on the right foot. Saves a lot of grief further on up the road. JTB
  16. Very true Reg. Alas my choice is made it's the Sony Ericsson K800i. JTB
  17. K800i it is then. Arrives tomorrow. Maybe I can get involved with some of these "Wrist Shot of the Week" threads a bit more when I'm at work, now that I have a reasonable camera on my phone. (I don't carry my main camera about with me) JTB
  18. Welcome Richard. There is much to read here and you may have done a lot already but you may find Citizens and Seikos will become, rather swiftly, things of the past. Enjoy. JTB
  19. Excuse me but sounds like an offer to sell. My advice stands. JTB
  20. Once again I have to intervene.......and in the same day. Listen dan, did you read the rules? You cannot trade watches on this forum unless you upgrade to RWG Supporter. (See my signature) And if and when you do that, there is a proper trading area for doing so. JTB
  21. Fine then.......we look forward with great anticipation to many many more of your precious pearls of wisdom. Now isn't it about time you got back to school. Lunchtime must be over by now. JTB
