It has preset modes and full manual controls. The 2.5 LCD is sweet and the 5.1 mp is more than enough. I think it's a good alternative to an SLR. I got all of the above with a tripod, big bag and extra batteries for about $400 bucks. I love it!

That's [censored]ed up, I mean really! What is it about the packaging that tips them off? The declared value? Or do they just randomly open packages? Or worst still, are they watching the rep dealers, you know; the sender's address? What's the story?

Hell yes! Most factories have 2-3 shifts. It would not surprise me if they ran the legit watches on day shifts; you know 7a-3p, 3p-11p. And then pump the fakes out on the late shift; 11p-7a! At least that's what I would do. I have often wondered this very same thing myself, because how would rep makers be able to purchase eta movt's if they didn't at least have some reputable business? This is certainly a factor in eta's move to phase out watch movt kit sales to third party builders. I have a newer Invicta with that sellita sw200/ eta based movt. It's not bad, but you'd better wind it in full turns when you power it up. No rocking back and winding with half turns; you'll tear it up. At least I did. They replaced however. Peace.

Nice box! I've bought a few from the same guy, only the quads though. Mine are loud as hell! Good to hear that the bigger one is quiet. I may pop for one, but I find that they don't hold my watches well since my bands are larger because of my wrist. Be sure to update the board with the quality in about 1-3 months. I've had two "ebay" winders develop "one side out" syndrome. Thanks for sharing.

Yeah, these jokers got me too! I have a total of four quad watch winders all from ebay. I think I just might open up the steinhausen and see if I can fix it. If I mess up, there is a small motor repair guy down the street. My latest winder from ebay seller "formsroyal" just went back because a side went out. It was less than 30 days old!
